Terms of Service

Pumpkin Head Studio is an online tool that turns photos you upload into new AI-generated images. They are generated with third-party AI models (Google Nano Banana 2). Results are produced automatically and may vary; outputs are AI-generated and are not recordings of real events.

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits.

The Service is sold as one-time credit packs. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. The number of credits each generation uses is shown on the Pricing page.

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Waffo, which handles billing, taxes and invoices. Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

If a generation fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically.

You keep the rights to photos you upload and to the images you generate, subject to the rights of others and the terms of the underlying AI models. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads only to provide the Service.

You may only upload photos of yourself, photos for which you have permission from every person shown, or photos of your own pet. Photos of anyone under 18 are not allowed. Uploaded photos are deleted after 7 days. Your images stay in My images until you delete them.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. It prohibits, among other things, sexual content, sexualized or unsafe content involving minors, violence, hate speech, deepfakes or impersonation of real people, and infringement of copyright or trademarks. We may refuse, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and forfeit credits for violations.

• Every uploaded photo and every generated image goes through automated content safety checks (Sightengine). Anything flagged is blocked and logged, and flagged items are reviewed by the site owner.
• To report content, email support@pumpkinheadtrend.com. We review reports within 24 hours. Reports involving child safety are handled as quickly as possible, and always within 24 hours.
• When the review is done, we email the person who reported it with the outcome (content removed, or no violation found). If we remove your content, we email you the reason and how to appeal: write to us within 14 days, and we review it again and reply within 10 business days.

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
